Son of Monsterpalooza

Son of Monsterpalooza is a fall horror convention celebrating monsters, film, makeup, special effects, collectibles and art at the Marriott Burbank Convention Center & Hotel.

Created in 2012 as an offshoot of Monsterpalooza, the event gives fans and industry professionals another opportunity to experience the world of Monsterpalooza each fall. Attendees can find over 150 vendors, celebrity guests, makeup demonstrations and other attractions centered around monsters and the artistry behind horror entertainment.

Son of Monsterpalooza is a separate event from the main Monsterpalooza convention. Its Burbank home also has a connection to the brand's history, as the Marriott Burbank served as Monsterpalooza's venue for seven years before the main convention moved to Pasadena in 2016.
